This design project pushed the boundaries of my knowledge in sheet metal, casting, and tubular design. It was fully assembled in SolidWorks and expanded my capabilities for understanding complex moving mates in assemblies. The finalized design allowed for an almost 200% increase in overall strength, as well as the force required to tip. This made for a stable platform for displaying screens up to 65-inches.
